Termination

Whatever damages you claim, the Company's total liability under these Terms is capped at what you actually paid through the Service. If you haven't spent anything, the cap is one hundred dollars. Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country apply to these Terms and your use of the Service, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Other local, state, national or international laws might also apply depending on where you are. If something goes wrong with the Service, contact the Company first to work it out informally.
Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you get the protection of any mandatory laws in your country. United States Legal Compliance: You confirm that (i) you're not in a country under US government embargo or labeled as a "terrorist supporting" country and (ii) you're not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms gets ruled unenforceable or invalid, it'll be modified to work as intended under applicable law while the rest stays in effect. Not exercising a right under these Terms doesn't mean you forfeit it later. Overlooking a breach doesn't mean you overlook future breaches.

These Terms might be translated, but the original English version wins in any dispute. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want. For material changes, we'll give you at least thirty days' notice before the new terms apply. Keep using the Service after that and you're bound by the updated version.
